Helicopter/ Huey Flips
We'll be exciting passengers with a Vietnamese flight! Come enjoy the delight of an original Huey as used in the Vietnam war. This ride promises to thrill with its wide rotor blades thumping the air and wowing the crowds. Bring your loved ones and enjoy this once in lifetime opportunity to experience a bit of aviation history in the most sort after helicopter ever made. Duration of each flight will be 3 min. Ticket cost will be R250 per person. Subject to weather conditions and helicopter changes
Mazda Zoom-Zoom Aerobatic Display
This year, Brad Bennetts will be providing the most electrifying aerobatic display in the Mazda Zoom-Zoom Extra on Sunday the 2nd June 2013. No one who has seen a display by this 40 year old pilot will ever forget it. Brad is a pilot for South African Airways on the International routes and has to date flown over 550 shows around the world. He is an instructor on the Airbus 340 and has 15 thousand flying hours since he started flying at the age of sixteen. The Mazda Aerobatic Team placed second at the World Grand Prix of Aerobatics two years in a row - A competition held for display teams in Dubai and Japan and is rated as one of the worlds premier display pilots. he has flown at every Gauteng Motor Show since the shows inception and promises to make each year better than the next!
The Harvards fly-by at the Gauteng Motor Show
Flying Lions Aerobatic Formation Team will be doing a fly-by with their North American T-6 Texans, better known as the Harvards, on Sunday 2nd June. Subject to weather conditions.
